摘 要:目的探讨荧光成像技术自动检测细菌性阴道病样本中线索细胞的方法。方法采用双荧光染料对细菌性阴道病患者白带样本进行染色,获得样本中细胞荧光图像;利用分割法和数学形态学算法减少图像中噪音,计数线索细胞、正常上皮细胞和白细胞。比较自动计数与人工计数结果。结果 20组图像中线索细胞的自动计数结果与人工计数结果符合率为。结论 99.29%荧光成像技术自动检测线索细胞的方法比人工检测便捷、准确。Objective To explore an automatic detection method of clue cells in the specimen of bacterial vaginosis based on fluorescence imaging technique. Methods The leucorrhea samples from bacterial vaginosis were stained with double fluorescent dyes. In the obtained fluorescence image of cells, the noise was reduced using domain division method and mathematical morphology algorithm, and clue cells, normal epithelial cells and white blood cells were counted. The automatic and manual counting results were compared. Results The coincidence rates of clue cells were 99.29% between automatic and manual counting in 20 sets of images. Conclusion The automatic detection method of clue cells based on fluorescence imaging technique is more convenient and accurate than manual counting method.
