摘 要:目的观察感染性疾病早期患儿的血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)和超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平,并探讨其在小儿感染性疾病早期诊断中的意义。方法根据感染病原体的不同,将116例小儿感染性疾病患者分为病毒感染组(77例)和细菌感染组(39例),检测两组患者感染早期的SAA和Hs-CRP水平,同时取40例健康儿童作健康对照组。结果与健康对照组比较,细菌感染组和病毒感染组患儿的SAA水平,以及细菌感染组患儿的Hs-CRP水平均明显升高(P<0.01)。病毒感染组的SAA、Hs-CRP检出率分别为97.4%、5.2%,细菌感染组的SAA、Hs-CRP检出率则分别为92.3%、94.9%,细菌感染组的Hs-CRP检出率明显高于病毒感染组(P<0.01)。结论联合检测SAA和Hs-CRP水平对小儿感染性疾病的早期诊断及鉴别诊断有参考价值。Objective To observe the serum amyloid A(SAA) and high sensitivity C reactive protein(Hs-CRP) in children with infectious diseases in the early stage and explore its value in the early diagnosis of infectious diseases in children. Methods According to the different pathogens of infection, 116 cases of infantile infectious diseases were divided into Viral Infection Group(77 cases) and Bacterial Infection Group(39 cases). The serum amyloid A and hypersensitive C reactive protein level were detected in the early infection of two groups, and 40 healthy children were taken as Control Group. Results Compared with the Control Group, the Viral Infection Group and Bacterial Infection Group had a significantly increased SAA level and the Bacterial Infection Group had a significantly increased Hs-CRP level(P〈0.01). The detection rate of SAA and Hs-CRP in the Viral Infection Group was 97.4% and 5.2%, respectively while that in the Bacterial Infection Group was 92.3% and 94.9%, respectively, and the detection rate of Hs-CRP in the Bacterial Infection Group was significantly higher than that in the Viral Infection Group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Combined detection of serum amyloid A and high sensitivity C reactive protein level is of great importance for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of infective diseases in children.
