摘 要:目的探讨综合康复干预模式对脑损伤早产儿认知运动发育的影响。方法 106例早产儿随机分为试验组(n=50)和对照组(n=56)。试验组采用综合康复干预训练,对照组按照常规指导家长家居康复干预。于患儿3个月、1岁和2岁时,采用Gesell发育诊断法量表测评其智力发育商(DQ);在患儿3岁时进行早产儿脑损伤及听力障碍筛查。结果试验组12月龄时各项DQ分值均高于3月龄时及同期的对照组(P<0.05或0.01);2岁时,试验组患儿智力发育情况优于对照组(P<0.01);3岁时,试验组患儿的听力情况也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期综合康复干预模式可以促进婴儿认知运动发育,其治疗效果优于家长家居的康复治疗。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention pattern on cognition and motor development in premature infants with brain injury. Methods A total of 106 premature infants born from August 2014 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into Experimental Group(n=50) and Control Group(n=56). Experimental Group received comprehensive rehabilitation intervention training while Control Group received parental household intervention as routinely instructed. Results The infants with the age of 12 months in Experimental Group had various DQ scores higher than those with the age of 3 months in Experimental Group and those with the same age in Control Group(P〈0.05 or 0.01); at the age of 2 years, the sick children in Experimental Group had the intelligence development better than Control Group(P〈0.01); at the age of 3 years, the sick children in Experimental Group had the hearing significantly better than Control Group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention pattern can promote cognition and motor development of infants, and has a better therapeutic effect than parental rehabilitation treatment.
