摘　　要：大学生党员是我们党重要的后备力量,做好大学生党员发展工作,保证党员发展质量,是高校学生党支部的基本职责,也是发挥支部基层战斗堡垒作用的重要一环。在党员发展工作中,把好考察、培养关,是促进高校组织发展工作的规范化、科学化,提高学生党员的整体质量及高校党员的队伍建设的有力保障。The Party member of college students is an important reserve force of our Party. It is the basic duty of the Party branch of the college students to do a good job in the development of the Party members and ensure the quality of the Party members＇ development. It is also an important part of playing the role of the grass-roots combat fortress in the branch. In the development of Party members, it is a powerful guarantee to promote the standardization and scientification of the organizational development of colleges and universities and to improve the overall quality of Party members.
