摘 要:为分析供热机组的调峰能力,以某330MW供热式机组为研究对象,运用回归分析法对该机组的工况图进行了函数拟合分析,得到了工况图中所呈现的热电负荷之间的数学关系,并利用热用户采暖热负荷反推汽轮机的采暖抽汽量,代入拟合函数计算任一采暖抽汽量下的最大和最小功率,得到供热机组具体的调峰范围。结果表明:拟合的热电负荷关系式简单、方便、精度高。随着采暖抽汽量的增加,供热机组的调峰能力降低,供热机组调峰能力随采暖抽汽量的变化规律是电网调度的重要依据。In order to analyze the peaking load adjustment ability of thermal power unit, taking a 330MW thermal power unit as the research object, the operation condition diagram of the thermal power unit is fitted through the method of regression analysis. In the operation condition diagram, the mathentatical relationship of heat load and electrical power is established. The extraction heating steam of steam turbine is deduced by using the heat load. The maximum and minimum power for any extraction heating steam conditions is calculated by fitting function, and then the specific adjustment load range of thermal power unit is obtained. The results show that fitting mathematical relationship of thermal load and power has the advantage of simple, convenience and high precision. The change rule of peaking load adjustment ability of thermal power unit with the extraction heating steam changing is an important basis for the power network dispatching.
