摘  要:对国内某1000MW核电汽轮机低压动叶片司太立合金片钎焊缝检查,发现司太立合金片与叶片材料的钎焊缝存在局部贴合不良缺陷。为了进一步验证叶片的安全性,基于断裂力学评估方法,通过工程简化计算以及有限元分析两种方法对典型缺陷进行了分析评估。评估结果表明,对于所分析的载荷工况,缺陷前沿的断裂参量均小于钎焊材料缺陷疲劳扩展的门槛值,所分析的钎焊缺陷扩展风险较小。The inspection of the low pressure rotor blades of a 1000MW nuclear power turbine in China has found that there are some local unfit defects in the brazing joints of the steel-plate and blade materials. In order to further verify the safely of blades, this paper analyzes and evaluates the typical defects based on the method of fracture mechanics evaluation and the two methods of engineering simplification calculation and finite element analysis. The evaluation results show that the fracture parameters of the defect front are less than the threshold value of the fatigue extension of the soldering material for the load condition analyzed.
