全合一个体化TPN在治疗肠道GVHD中的优势研究

摘　　要：研究两种形式的肠外营养在异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)后肠道移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)治疗中的支持作用。通过回顾某院2014年~2018年allo-HSCT术后肠道GVHD患者按全合一个体化全肠外营养(TPN)或单瓶输注营养方式进行分组,比较两组经过不同营养方案治疗后的各项指标差异。给予TPN组的患者较单独AA多项蛋白水平以及淋巴细胞数量有较高提升,同时离子水平优于后者。全合一个体化TPN更有利于此类患者营养支持治疗。To provide a comparison of the two Parenteral Nutrition systems in the intestinal GVHD treatment after alloHSCT.A retrospective analysis was made of intestinal GVHD patients after allo-HSCT in 2014-2018.Patients were into TPN group and AA group.The protein level,Lymphocyte number and Ion level in two groups were compared.Protein level and lymphocyte number were higher in TPN group then AA group.Our data should be helpful for health care providers to make their safe and effective choice.
