摘　　要：为了解耐多药结核病患者抑郁症状检出情况及其影响因素,对武汉耐多药结核病患者进行问卷调查。结果显示,126例耐多药结核病患者抑郁症状检出率48.4%,年人均收入少于1万元(P<0.001)、对支持的利用度(P<0.001)和客观支持得分低于平均值(P<0.05)、痰菌未转阴(P<0.05)是抑郁症状的危险因素。抑郁症状普遍存在于耐多药结核病患者中,应联合民政、财政、医保等部门合力减轻患者的经济负担,加强耐多药结核病患者心理辅导,提高其应对技能,指导患者获得有效的社会支持。In order to understand the detection of depressive symptoms in multidrug-resistant tuberculosis（MDR-TB）patients and its influencing factors,aquestionnaire survey was conducted among MDR-TB patients in Wuhan.The detection rate of depressive symptoms in 126 MDR-TB patients was 48.4%.The average annual per capital income being less than 10,000 RMB（P〈0.001）,the support utilization（P〈0.001）and objective support score being lower than the average（P〈0.05）,and the failure of sputum bacteria to turn negative（P〈0.05）were risk factors for depressive symptoms.Therefore,depressive symptoms are prevalent in MDR-TB patients.We should combine civil administration,finance,medical insurance and other departments to reduce the economic burden of patients,and guide patients to obtain effective social support.
