摘　　要：单纯型先天性心脏病的介入治疗已经相当成熟,但是合并多种畸形的复合型先天性心脏病的介入治疗目前尚无统一操作规范。复合型先天性心脏病的介入治疗相对复杂,难度大,治疗策略的选择至关重要。本文介绍了在复合型先天性心脏病介入治疗的临床决策中应用辩证思维的体会,以便于提高诊治水平,既抓住疾病的一般规律,又不要忘记疾病的特殊性。The interventional treatment of simple congenital heart disease has been quite mature,but there is no unified standard of operation for transcatheter therapy of combined congenital heart disease.Interventional treatment of combined congenital heart disease is relatively complex and difficult.The choice of treatment strategy is of great importance.This paper introduces the experience of applying dialectical thoughts in the clinical decision of interventional treatment of combined congenital heart disease,in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment level,so as to grasp the general law of the disease,but don＇t forget the particularity of the disease.
