摘 要:通过文献资料法、行为事件访谈法、数理统计法,建立中国拳击教练员胜任力理论模型,认为专业技能、专业知识、职业态度、个人特质、管理技能、人际关系6个方面能较好解释中国拳击教练员胜任力模型。在建构中国拳击教练员胜任力模型基础上,编制出6个维度共62个条目的《中国拳击教练员胜任力评价量表》,通过验证证明其符合心理测量学标准的信效度,支持所建立的中国拳击教练员胜任力模型,该量表可成为有效测评中国拳击教练员胜任力水平的工具,对中国拳击教练员胜任力评测有借鉴作用。Through literature review, behavioral event interview and mathematical statistics, it establishes Chinese boxing coach competency theory model, considering that the 6 aspects of professional skills, professional knowledge, occupation attitude, personal characteristics, management skills and interpersonal relationships can better explain the China boxing coach competency model. In the construction of the model, it developed a scale of "Chinese boxing coach competency assessment" with 6 dimensions and 62 items. It verifies compliance with the reliability and validity of the psychometric standards, support the Chinese boxing coach competency model. The scale can become an effective tool to evaluate China boxing coaches' competency level.
