摘　　要：针对某种材料为K4169的高温合金开展高效切削技术研究,研究主要内容为针对外圆切削的加工方法,通过工艺试验,考核刀具寿命,达到在不降低现有刀具耐用度条件下,提高加工效率不低于20%。利用硬质合金刀具(IC907伊斯卡WNMG080404)和晶须增韧型陶瓷刀具(绿叶WG300CNGA434)对K4169镍基高温合金进行高效切削技术研究,通过采用外圆车削加工方法,以工件表面粗糙度及后刀面磨损量对两种刀具的加工效率和刀具寿命进行评价,试验结果表明:涂层硬质合金刀具的磨损速主要是刀尖磨损和后刀面磨损,陶瓷刀具磨损主要是沟槽磨损和刀刃微崩刃;陶瓷刀具的金属切除率比涂层硬质合金切除率高近3倍,金属切除量高约10%。The high temperature alloy of K4169 was studied in this paper. Main content of research was the machining method of cylindrical cutting. Through the process test,examination of machining efficiency and the life of tool,this method could improve the machining efficiency of no less than 20% without reducing the existing condition of tool life. Experiment Used cemented carbide cutting tool（ IC907 Iscar WNMG080404） and whisker toughened ceramic tool（ Green WG300 CNGA434） to research high-efficiency cutting technology for K4169 nickel-based high-temperature alloy. Through the cylindrical turning processing methods,machining efficiency and tool life of the workpiece surface roughness and back knife surface were evaluated. The test results showed that the wear speed of the coated cemented carbide tool was mainly the wear of the tip and the back knife surface,and the wear of the ceramic tool was mainly the trench wear and the edge of the blade. The metal cutting rate of ceramic tool was nearly three times higher than coating cemented carbide,and the metal removal was about 10% higher.
