摘 要:当前机床切削力测量通过外部计算节点获得,与数控系统无直接信息交互,限制了某些对于切削力有着特殊要求的零件加工。该文提出了一种基于国产数控系统二次开发平台的切削力测量方法,其通过专用设备测量切削力,数控系统二次开发平台深度开发,实现加工G代码与测量切削力的同步。该文首先介绍数控系统二次开发平台,接着分析切屑力测量的总体框架,然后阐述平台的软硬件设计,最后进行了切削力测量的实验分析。相关结果显示测量系统稳定、可靠,具有一定的工程应用性。At present,the cutting force measurement of machine tools is obtained through external calculation nodes,and it has no direct information interaction with CNC system,which limits some machining parts with special requirements for cutting force. A method of cutting force measurement based on secondary development platform of domestic NC system is presented in this paper. The cutting force is measured by special equipment,and secondary development platform of CNC system is further developed to achieve the synchronization between G code and measuring cutting force. This paper first introduces secondary development platform of CNC system,and then analyses the overall framework of cutting force measurement,and discusses the hardware design platform,finally analyzes the cutting force measurement experiment. The relevant results shows that the measurement system is stable and reliable,and it has a certain engineering application.
