摘  要:针对钟形壳球面沟槽精密磨削加工过程中定位夹紧及上下料过程时间长,生产效率较低的问题,设计一种自动定心,弹性夹紧一体的钟形壳球面沟槽精密磨削夹具,并创新设计了自动弹出机构,适用不同尺寸零件加工辅助机构。在完善总体夹具设计基础上,根据受力情况,对弹性夹头和钟形壳的变形量进行理论计算,并通过Solid Works建立弹性夹头三维模型,有限元Workbench分析弹性夹头的静力学特性,分析结果与理论结果一致,验证弹性夹头结构设计的合理性。利用此新型夹具,可有效提高钟形壳球面沟槽精密磨削的生产效率。According to the positioning precision grinding of spherical shell bell shaped groove in the process of clamping and discharging process is long,lowefficiency problem,design a kind of automatic centering,bell shaped shell spherical precision grinding fixture clamping groove elastic body,and the innovative design of the automatic ejecting mechanism,suitable for different sizes of parts processing auxiliary mechanism. After improving the overall fixture design basis,according to the conditions of stress,deformation of the elastic chuck and the bell housing was calculated,building 3 D model of the elastic chuck by Solid and Works,Workbench finite element static analysis of elastic chuck,The results of the analysis are in agreement with the theoretical results,verifying the structural design of the elastic chuck. Using this newfixture,the production efficiency of the precision grinding of the bell shaped shell and spherical groove can be effectively improved.
