摘 要:为了揭示刀具倒棱参数对切削力的影响规律,文章以PCBN刀具硬态干式切削40Cr Ni Mo钢为研究对象,采用Johnson-Cook材料本构模型,运用有限元软件ABAQUS进行了不同倒棱参数条件下的热力耦合切削仿真。仿真结果表明:倒棱刃切削力明显高于同等切削条件下锋刃切削力;随着倒棱宽度和倒棱角度的增大,主切削力、进给力均呈增长趋势;倒棱宽度一定时,倒棱角度对进给力的影响更为显著,进给力增长幅度明显高于主切削力。研究结果可为倒棱参数选择和实际切削加工提供理论指导。A finite element method was applied to reveal the variation of chamfered parameters,cutting force and the relationship among them. The hard-dry cutting of 40 Cr Ni Mo steel with PCBN tools was taken as research subject. A thermo-mechanical simulation with Johnson-Cook constitutive model was calculated under the cutting conditions of different chamfered parameters by using ABAQUS software. The simulation results indicate that the cutting force of chamfered cutting edge is obviously higher than the blade under the same cutting condition. The main cutting force and feed force increase nearly linearly with the increase of the absolute value of chamfered angles and width. The growth rate of feed force is obviously higher than the main cutting force when the absolute value of chamfered angles increases.
