摘　　要：赣粤闽高校对客家文献资源的需求增加与各高校客家文献资源的封闭分隔的矛盾,要求建立赣粤闽高校客家文献资源共享机制。以利益驱动、文献统一检索系统、共享机制、共享联盟、资源共享平台和共享系统模型等为架构要素建立起赣粤闽高校客家文献资源共享机制。The contradiction between the increase of the demand of Hakka literature resources and the closed separation of Hakka literature resources of universities in Jiangxi,Guangdong and Fujian requires the establishment of the sharing mechanism of Hakka literature resources of universities in Jiangxi,Guangdong and Fujian.This paper constructs the sharing mechanism of Hakka literature resources of universities in Jiangxi,Guangdong and Fujian from the aspect of sharing benefit-driven,literature unified retrieval system,sharing mechanism,sharing alliance,resource sharing platform and sharing system model.
