参苓白术散加减治疗功能性消化不良脾虚气滞证临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨功能性消化不良脾虚气滞证应用参苓白术散加减治疗效果。方法脾虚气滞证功能性消化不良患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组患者予以常规西药治疗,试验组患者予以参苓白术汤加减治疗。比较2组患者的治疗总有效率,并比较2组患者治疗后的症状评分。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。试验组治疗后的症状积分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论功能性消化不良脾虚气滞证应用参苓白术散加减治疗后效果较好,临床价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Shenl ing Baizhu powder in treating functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome. Methods A total of 100 patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into control group of 50 cases and experimental group of 50 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. The experimental group was given modified Shenling Baizhu powder. The total effectiveness and the symptom scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group P〈0.05. The symptom score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion The modified Shenling Baizhu powder in treating functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome syndrome has better effect and higher clinical value.
