摘 要:目的观察电针督脉穴对血管性认知障碍大鼠督脉红外温度的影响。方法 27只雄性SD大鼠被随机分为假手术组、模型组和电针组。采用左侧大脑中动脉栓塞再灌注法,制备血管性认知障碍大鼠模型,连续电针神庭、百会穴7d,Morris水迷宫测定各组大鼠学习记忆能力,红外热像仪检测各组大鼠督脉温度。结果干预7 d后,与模型组比较,电针组大鼠定位航行逃避潜伏期缩短(P<0.01)、空间搜索目标象限游泳时间百分比增加(P<0.05);同时,电针组大鼠督脉经线及大椎穴红外温度显著高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论电针督脉穴能改善脑缺血诱发的督脉经穴温度下降的情况,提高认知障碍大鼠学习记忆能力,其机制有待进一步研究。Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture (EA) at Governor Vessel (GV) points on infrared temperature of Governor Meridian in rats with vascular cognitive impairment. Methods 27 SD rats were randomly divided into sham group, model group and EA group. Focal cerebral ischemia was induced by left middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) with nylon monofilament in model group and EA group. Rats of EA group were treated with EA at Shenting (GV24) and Baihui (GV20) for 7 days. The learning and memory ability was observed by Morris water maze and the infrared temperature of GV was detected by a themlal infrared imager. Results After 7-days treatment, the latent period of EA group was significantly shortened compared with the model group (P〈0.01) , while the percentage of swimming time in target quadrant increased (P〈0.05) . The infrared temperature of Da Zhui (GV14) and the average temperature of GV of EA group was significantly higher than that of model group (P〈0.01) . Conclusion The EA at GV points can change the temperature of GV induced by cerebral ischemia and improve the learning and memory ability of the cognitive impairment rats, while its mechanism needs to be further studied.
