摘 要:目的验证肝脂溶颗粒对NAFLD模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法观察肝脂溶颗粒对实验性大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响。结果高剂量组大鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素和IR明显低于对照组(P<0.01);中剂量组大鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素和IR低于对照组(P<0.05);低剂量组大鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素和IR与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝脂溶颗粒具有改善NAFLD大鼠IR抵抗的作用。Objective To verify the effect of Ganzhirong granules on insulin resistance in rats with NAFLD. Methods The effects of Ganzhirong granules on experimental insulin resistance in rats was observed. Results Fasting blood glucose, insulin and IR in the high-dose group were significantly lower than those in the eontrol group (P〈0.01) . Fasting blood glucose, insulin and IR in the middle-dose group were lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05) . Fasting blood glucose, insulin and IR were compared between the low-dose group and the control group (P〉0.05) . Conclusion Ganzhirong granules can improve the IR resistance of NAFLD rats .
