摘　　要：目的通过观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷对哮喘稳定期患者外周血白介素-4(IL-4)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量的影响,探讨冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测哮喘患者冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗前后及健康人的IL-4、IFN-γ含量。结果治疗前哮喘患者IL-4含量高于健康对照组(P<0.05),IFN-γ含量低于健康对照组(P<0.05);穴位贴敷治疗后哮喘患者IL-4含量低于治疗前(P<0.05),IFN-γ含量高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患者存在Th1/Th2失衡,穴位贴敷可能通过调整哮喘患者Th1/Th2失衡,调节机体免疫功能,从而达到治疗作用。Objective To observe the effect of piont application on interleukin 4 （IL-4） and interferon gamma （IFN-γ） content of stable asthma patients based on winter disease treated in the summer, and to explore the mechanism of point application of winter disease in summer treated of asthma. Methods Assaying the levels of IL-4 and IFN- gamma by double antibody sandwich enzyme immunoassay （ELISA） in asthma patients before and after treatment were observed. Results The content of IL-4 in the patients with asthma was higher than that of the healthy control group （P〈0.05） , and the content of IFN- gamma was lower than that of the heahhy control group （P〈0.05） . The content of IL-4 in the patients with asthma after acupoint application was lower than that before the treatment （P〈0.05） , and the content of IFN- gamma was higher than that before the treatment （P〈0.05） . Conclusion There is Th1/Th2 imbalance in asthmatic patients. Acupoint application may adjust the immune function of the asthmatic patients by adjusting the imbalance of Th1/Th2 in asthmatic patients, so as to achieve the therapeutic effect.
