摘　　要：目的观察应用"眠五针"穴位埋线治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例顽固性失眠患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。其中治疗组采用"眠五针"穴位埋线治疗,对照组则采用口服唑吡坦治疗,首次剂量为5 mg/d,最大剂量为10 mg/d。1个疗程后观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%(26/30),对照组总有效率为63.3%(19/30)。2组总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "眠五针"埋线为主治疗顽固性失眠效果明显优于单纯口服唑吡坦,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂ mianwuzhen＂ acupoint embedding thread therapy in the treatment of insomnia. Methods 60 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Yang＇s 3＋ therapy at ＂ mianwuzhen＂ ; while the control group was treated with zolpidem orally, with the first dose of 5mg/d and the maximum dose of 10mg/d. The clinical observation after 1 course was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%, and the total effective comparison difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Yang＇s 3＋ therapy at ＂ mianwuzhen＂ for insomnia is better than oral zolpidem, and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
