大学生违纪原因分析及对策

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和个别访谈,对某高校大学生违纪情况及违纪行为原因进行了统计和分析,并针对各种违纪行为提出了相应的对策。结果表明:考试违纪中无故缺考为所占比例最高的一类,高达84.7%;品德违纪中旷课为所占比例最高的一类,高达60.7%。造成大学生考试违纪和品德违纪的原因主要是学生自身素质不高、侥幸心理作祟及学校某些管理制度的执行力度不够或学生之间的相互效仿。Through the questionnaire and individual interviews,some college students＇ violations of discipline and the reasons for indiscipline are added up as statistical data and analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures against all kinds of violations are put forward.The results show that the number of the unprovoked lack of discipline in the examination is the highest,up to 84.7%.The absenteeism has the highest rate among moral violations,up to 60.7%.The causes of college students＇ exam discipline and moral discipline mainly lie in students＇ own poor quality,fluky psychology,some weak school management system,and students＇ enforcement of each other＇s imitation.
