院外延伸护理对于门诊睑袋整形术患者的作用分析

摘　　要：目的研究并分析对接受门诊睑袋整形术患者使用院外延伸护理的效果。方法收集接受门诊睑袋整形术患者共126例,根据1:1病例对照分析原则分为对照组以及观察组,每组患者63例,对照组接受常规出院前的健康宣教,观察组联合院外延伸护理,将两组患者满意度、并发症发生率、患者焦虑程度评分进行观察和对比。结果与对照组相比,观察组的患者满意度更高、并发症更少、焦虑程度评分更低,并且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院外延伸护理可以有效的改善门诊睑袋整形术患者并发症的发生风险,对患者负性情绪的具有较好的缓解作用,提高治疗满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the effect of out-of-hospital extended nursing on patients undergoing outpatient orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 126 patients underwent orthopedics were collected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of 1：1 case-control analysis. There were 63 patients in each group. The control group received routine pre-discharge health education and the observation group was outside the hospital. Extended care, observation and comparison of the two groups of patient satisfaction, complication rate, and patient anxiety score. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction, fewer complications, and lower anxiety scores, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Out-of-hospital extended nursing can effectively improve the risk of complications in patients undergoing outpatient orthopedic surgery. It has a good alleviation effect on patients＇ negative emotions and improves treatment satisfaction. It is worthy of popularization and application.
