摘　　要：目的探讨3D SPACE STIR序列在腰骶部肿瘤性病变的诊断价值。方法收集2008年8月~2016年12月腰骶部肿瘤性病变行常规MR序列和3D SPACE STIR序列检查,将检查结果与手术结果进行对照分析。结果 46例进行3D SPCACE STIR序列肿瘤性病变,神经源性肿瘤16例,转移性肿瘤12例,畸胎瘤5例,淋巴瘤3例,恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例,多发骨髓瘤4例,软骨肉瘤3例。3D SPACE STIR序列能显示大部分神经源性肿瘤相关的起源神经。结论3D SPCACE STIR序列能够立体清晰显示腰骶部肿瘤性病变的范围,形态及与周围结构的关系。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 3 D SPACE STIR sequence in lumbosacral tumor lesions. Methods From August 2008 to December 2016,we collected a series of cases of cancer of the 3 D SPACE STIR sequence,the results were compared with the results of surgery. Results There were 46 cases of 3 D SPCACESTIR sequence neoplastic lesions and 16 cases of neurogenic tumor,metastatic tumor in 12 cases,5 case of teratoma,and 3 case of lymphoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma in 3 case,4 case of multiple myeloma,and 3 chondrosarcoma. 3 D SPCACE STIR sequence can show the origin of most neurogenic tumors. Conclusion The 3 D SPACE STIR can clearly show the range of lumbosacral tumor lesions,morphology and the relationship with the surrounding structure.
