摘　　要：本文描述基于SPCE061A处理器的多功能电能质量监测仪,对三相电网参数的监测选取专用电能计量芯片ATT7022B,选用电流、电压互感器进行三相电数据采集和处理。本监测仪产品具有体积小,便携式,价格低,耗能低,精度高的特点,可以满足家庭及工业领域的电网监测要求,具有较好的市场前景。A multi-function power quality monitor based on SPCE061 A processor is described. A special power metering chip ATT7022 B is selected for monitoring three-phase power grid parameters. Current and voltage transformers are selected for three-phase data acquisition and processing. The monitor product has the characteristics of small volume, portable, low price,low energy consumption and high accuracy, which can meet the requirements of power grid monitoring in family and industrial fields, and has good market prospect.
