摘　　要：工程机械电气构造与维修是工程机械类人才培养的核心课程,其理论和实践的结合性很强,本项目在结合课程人才培养目标基础上,开发出一套贴近生产实际的装载机电气试验台,该电气试验台克服了工程机械电气实训项目与生产不能很好结合的现状,满足了装载机电气系统原理、电器结构、系统布线和故障维修等项目的学习,提高了工程机械类人才培养的质量。Electrical construction and maintenance of construction machinery are the core curriculum of construction machinery talents training, and the combination of theory and practice is very strong. Based on the goal of curriculum talents training, this project has developed a set of loader electrical test bench, which is close to the actual production. It overcomes the status that the electrical training project of construction machinery cannot be well combined with production,satisfies the learning of loader electrical system theory, electrical structure, system wiring and fault repair and other projects,and improves the quality of construction machinery talents training.
