摘 要:针对检测与转换技术实验中核心内容之一传感器制作及特性测试,设计了符合实验教学要求的铜热电阻传感器的制作、基本参数测试及基于上位机的铜热电阻温度测量及误差分析。电压以串口通讯的方式发送至上位机,由上位机LabView软件进行分析,生成报表。通过设计一个模拟加热炉系统提供不同温度给铜热电阻,进行基本参数测试。通过软、硬件设计与测试,实现了对铜热电阻的温度、阻值变化实时监控以及对铜热电阻测量阻值进行误差分析。In order to realize the fabrication and feature test of sensor which is one of the important parts of the measurement and transform technology experiment, this project uses the copper thermal re- sistance sensor to accomplish its fabrication, the test of basic parameters and the design of data analysis system of copper thermal resistance temperature measurement based on upper monitor which are up to the teaching needs of the experiment. The vohage is sent to the host computer by serial communication, and is analyzed by the LabView software of the host computer to generate the report. By designing an analog heating furnace system to provide copper resistance at different temperatures, the basic parame- ters are tested. Through the design and test of software and hardware, the real-time monitoring of the temperature and resistance of copper thermal resistance is realized, and the error analysis of copper thermal resistance measurement resistance is realized.
