摘  要:以PEG800-PVP3000-(NH_4)2SO_4-H_2O为体系,双水相萃取取代原氯仿萃取,分离富集待测物水杨酸,实现了荧光检测阿司匹林肠溶片中水杨酸含量的荧光光谱分析实验的绿色化。实验测定了水杨酸在PEG-PVP水相中最佳激发波长315nm,最佳发射波长386nm,水杨酸在0~10μg/m L浓度范围符合比尔定律,阿司匹林肠溶片中水杨酸的含量约为20%。实验培养了学生利用分析仪器检测实际样品的综合能力。Green of fluorimetric determination of salicylic acid in Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets ex-periment was brought out by using aqueous two-phase extraction replacing chloroform. The aqueous two -phase system is PEG 800-PVO 30000- (NH4 )2SO4- H 2 O . The experiment determined the optimal excitation wavelength is 315nm and the optimal emission wavelength is 386n m . The concentration range of salicylic acid in 0 -10 μg/mL is in accordance with Bill’s law. The content of salicylic acid in Aspi-rin Enteric-coated Tablets is about 20%. The experiment can help to cultivate comprehensive ability of students to detect practical sample by analytic instrument.
