研究生“细胞培养”课程教学实践及思考

摘　　要：细胞培养技术是细胞生物学研究生从事课题研究的一项必备的基本技能。"细胞培养"课程目的在于培养研究生掌握细胞培养相关基本技术、熟练应对细胞培养过程中出现的问题,同时训练研究生严谨、认真的科研素养,为后续实验研究奠定扎实基础。结合"细胞培养"课程教学方法、无菌操作实施过程、细胞培养常见问题和解决办法以及教学过程中出现的问题进行总结,并阐述了研究生"细胞培养"课程顺利教学的几点体会。Cell culture technology is a necessary basic skill for graduate students in cell biology field, it is very important to setting the cell euhure curriculum for the subsequent research projects. The main aim of the cell culture course is to cultivate graduate students to master the basic techniques about cell culture, to deal with the problems in the process of cell culture, and to train graduate students with rig- orous scientific research attitude, laying a solid foundation for the follow-up experiments. In this pa- per, we mainly focused on the teaching methods of this courses, the process of sterile operation, the common problems and solutions of cell culture and the common problems in the teaching process. In addition, some experiences on the successful teaching of graduate students are also discussed.
