评估视角下的新建本科高校实验室安全建设探索

摘　　要：针对目前我国高校实验室安全建设方面无专门的国家标准,而其他一些相关国家标准不全适用于我国的实际情况,以及当前新建本科高校实验室安全建设存在的突出问题,坚持问题导向,提出开展实验室安全建设的全程性动态评估、专业化评估、安全评估范围全覆盖,以发现问题与隐患,并通过专业化评估与全员落实实验室安全建设相结合、常规检查与实验室安全文化建设相结合、静态预防与应急演练相结合等措施对实验室安全建设进行了探索。In views of the absence of specific national standard for the salary construction of university laboratories in our country and some other relevant national standards are not suitable for the actual sit- uation of higher school laboratories, as well as the prominent problems of laboratory safety construction in newly-buih undergraduate universities, adheres to problem oriented. This paper puts forward to earry out the whole process of dynamic assessment, specialization assessment and safety assessment of the laboratory safety construction to find the problems and hidden dangers. Through combination of professional assessment and lull implementation of laboratory safety construction, combination of routine inspection and laboratory salary euhure construction, combination of static prevention and emergency drilling and other measures to explore the safety of laboratory construction.
