摘  要:超声引导下神经阻滞术可减少操作的盲目性并提高成功率,目前得到了广泛认可。超声引导下神经阻滞可用于人体的不同部位,包括颈肩、臂丛、胸椎旁、腰丛以及骶部等,显示上述部位神经及伴行血管的图像,为超声引导下神经阻滞提供了前提条件。超声引导下神经阻滞并不能明显降低穿刺所致神经损伤的发生率,但与神经刺激器合用使得神经阻滞在临床应用更安全。本文综述了近年超声引导下神经阻滞的临床进展。Ultrasound-guided nerve block is widely recognized due to reducing the blindness of operations and increasing the success rate at present. Ultrasound-guided nerve block can be used to the different parts of the body, such as cervical shoulder, brachial plexus, thoracic vertebrae, lumbar plexus and sacral,and so on, whose nerve and associated blood vessels can be shown by ultrasound-guided nerve block, which provides the prerequisites for ultrasound-guided nerve block. Ultrasound-guided nerve block can not obviously decrease the incidence of nerve injury caused by puncture, but ultrasound-guided nerve block combined with nerve stimulator may improve the safety of nerve block operation. The article reviews the clinical application of ultrasound-guided nerve block.
