“血糖管理三人行”项目对糖尿病患者血糖控制及胰岛素注射技术的影响

摘　　要：目的观察"血糖管理三人行"项目对糖尿病(DM)患者血糖控制及胰岛素注射技术的影响。方法选取2016年8月~2017年6月我院内分泌科初始基础胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病(T2DM)100例患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组由护士采用常规模式对患者进行教育管理,观察组由专职护士采用"血糖管理三人行"项目对患者进行健康教育管理,干预12周后,观察干预前后两组血糖控制水平、胰岛素注射技术的掌握情况及不良反应发生率。结果 100例患者入组,94例完成12周随访。干预后,两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组血糖指标、胰岛素注射技术均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血糖管理三人行不仅可帮助DM患者提高胰岛素注射技术,而且还可使患者的血糖得到良好的控制。Objective To observed the effect of three person program blood glucose management on blood glucose control and insulin injection technology in diabetic patients. Methods 100 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2 DM）with initial basal insulin were selected in our department of Endocrinology from August 2016 to June 2017, according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was received conventional education, and the observation group was received with the implementation of three person program blood glucose management in patients with project management, The blood glucose, insulin injection technology and the occurrence of adverse reactions of two group patients were observed before and after 12 weeks management in each group. Results A total of 100 patients were enrolled and 94 patients completed12 weeks of follow-up. After 12 weeks intervention, two groups of patients of fasting blood glucose（FPG）, 2 h postprandial blood glucose（2 h PG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb A1 c） were significantly decrease than those of before treatment（P〈0.01）, the blood glucose control, insulin injection technology in observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Three person program blood glucose management can not only help diabetics improve insulin injection technology, but also can make patients′ blood glucose control well.
