摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校人才培养的关键环节,当前高职院校学生顶岗实习过程中还存在许多问题尚未解决,从而导致高职院校人才培养质量欠佳,"校地企"三方协同推进高职院校学生顶岗实习,能够从根本上改变当前这种现状,政府推动,校企双主体推进顶岗实习,是未来高职院校开展顶岗实习的有效模式。The practice of top posts is the key link of personnel training in higher vocational colleges,and there are still many problems in the process of students＇ practice of top posts in higher vocational colleges,which leads to the poor quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. The trilateral sides of colleges,local governments and enterprises should work together to promote students＇ practice of top posts in higher vocational colleges,which can fundamentally change the current situation. The practice of top posts promoted by the local governments and dominated by both the colleges and enterprises will be an effective mode for future higher vocational colleges to carry out the pracitce.
