摘  要:油井中的流体以三相流存在,现有测试技术不能准确地对三相流进行测量。阻抗式过环空产出剖面测井仪是油气水三相流测量中的主要仪器,缺点是无法分辨气体。为了排除气体对仪器测量精度的影响,基于贾敏效应建立双级分流伞式气液分离模型,利用计算流体动力学软件CFD进行数值模拟研究,仿真出不同油气水比例在不同流速下油气体积的分布云图,证明了双伞结构实现气液分流是可行的,同时为多相流测量提供了新的方法和思路。The fluids in the oil wells exist in the three-phase flow, and the existing test technology can not accurately measure the three-phase flow. The impedance output profile logging tool is the main instrument in the oil-gas-water three-phase flow measurement. In order to eliminate the gas influence on the measure accuracy of the instrument, a two-stage gas-liquid separation model is established based on the Jamin effect, and the numerical simulation is carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics software CFD. The distribution of the volume of oil and gas in different oil / gas / water ratio at different velocity is simulated, which proves that it is feasible to realize gas-liquid separation with the double umbrella structure, and provides a new method and train of thought for multiphase flow measurement at the same time.
