摘　　要：新疆煤制气外输管道工程是世界范围内首条使用X80钢级管线钢输送煤制气的长输管道,输送介质具有特殊性,为确保项目长期稳定运行,中国石化实施了管线钢的试制工作。列举了单炉试制的必要性和实施情况,指出了存在的主要问题和解决方案,并为下一步工作提出了具体建议。Xinjiang coal gas pipeline project is the first long-distance pipeline to transport coal gas in the worldwide which adopts X80 line pipe steel. Because of the transportation medium＇s specific characteristics, and in order to ensure the long-term stability of the project, SIN- OPEC organized implementation of this steel pipe trial production. The necessity and implementation of single-furnace trial production are listed, and the main problems and solutions are pointed out. In the last, the specific proposals are offered for next step.
