摘 要:针对定向井过环空测井的遇阻问题,分析了遇阻产生的原因,一是造斜点附近管柱的弯曲角度大于仪器串可弯曲角度,二是局部环形空间尺寸小于仪器外径,三是存在仪器与井下管柱的摩擦阻力。有针对性地对仪器输送工艺进行了改进,一是改进电缆结构,增加电缆的自重和弹性;二是采用仪器串软连接,缩短刚性长度;三是研制振动器和扭动器,提高仪器串在环形空间的通过能力。现场应用表明,该工艺对斜度小于30°的定向井,仪器一次下井成功率可达70%。Aiming at the blocking frequently occurring in the directional well during the annulus logging process, the causes of this problem are analyzed. First, the bending angle of the pipe string in the vicinity of the kickoff point is greater than the bending angle of the logging tool string; Second, the size of the local annular space is smaller than the outer diameter of the logging tool; Third, there is frictional resistance between the logging tool and the downhole pipe string. In order to solve the problems, the conveying technology of the downhole logging tool is improved. First, the cable structure is improved to increase the self-weight and flexibility of the cable; Second, the flexible joint is used between different logging tool parts to shorten the rigid length of the logging tool; Third, the vibrating and twisting device is developed to improve the ability of the instrument to pass the annular space. The field application shows that the success rate of one downhole running can be up to 70% by using this improved through-annulus logging technology for directional wells with deviation angle less than 30°.
