摘　　要：目的:了解吉林省医务人员对公立医院改革的满意状况及医改诉求,为公立医院改革政策的落实和进一步推进提供数据支持。方法:对4312名医务人员进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计分析、单因素χ~2分析和二分类Logistic回归进行统计学分析。结果:被调查医务人员对公立医院改革的满意率为86.55%;Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、性别、工作类别、公立医院改革推进情况、政策落实情况和对公立医院改革能否解决医院问题的态度是影响医务人员满意情况的主要因素;提高医务人员待遇、改善绩效考核制度是医务人员的主要医改诉求。结论:吉林省医务人员对公立医院改革的满意情况较好,但是部分医务人员的认知和满意情况较差,建议加大政策的宣传、落实和推进力度,重视医务人员的医改诉求。Objective： To understand the satisfaction of medical staff in public reform in public hospitals and its influencing factors, as well as the medical reform demands, and to provide data support for the further promotion and implementation of the medical teform policies. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4312 medical staff. The descriptive statistical analysis, single factor analysis, and binary logistic regression analysis were used. Results： The surveyed medical staff＇s satisfaction degree of public hospital reform was 86.55%. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, gender, work category, advancement of public hospital refom, implementation of hospital＇ s medical reform and the attitude to the current medical problems of medical refom was the main factor affecting the medical staff＇s satisfaction with medical reforms. Improving the treatment of medical staff and the performance appraisal system were the primary medical reform demands of medical staff. Conclusion： Medical staff in Jilin Province had high satislaction with medical reforms. However, the cognition and satislaction ol some medical staff were poor. It is recommended to increase the publicity, implementation, and promotion of policies, and pay attention to medical staff＇s demands.
