摘　　要：目的:了解基层医务人员对医患信任影响因素的认知情况,为建立良好的医患信任关系提出建议。方法:采用目的抽样方法,选取长春市某城区7家社区医疗机构的医生、护士、管理人员进行调查。结果:社会因素是影响医患信任的主要因素,医务人员因素是影响医患信任的重要因素,患者因素是影响医患信任的基本因素。结论:改善医患信任需多方协同,建立多元化的医患信任治理机制;社会及媒体采用媒介融合技术手段广泛宣传卫生政策;医务人员及机构进行患者期望管理。Objective：To understand the cognition of the causes of doctor-patient trust at the grass-roots level, and to put lorward suggestions lot establishing a good doctor-patient trust relationship. Methods： By using purposive sampling method, to analyze the data of doctors, nur- ses and administrators in 7 community medical institutions in a city of Changchun. Results： Social factors are the main factors that affect the doctor -patient trust. The factors of medical personnel are the important factors that affect the doctor-patient trust. The factors of patients are the basic factors that affect the doctor-patient trust. Conclusion： To improve the doctor-patient trust, it is necessary to cooperate with many parties and establish a pluralistic mechanism of doctor-patient trust governance. The society and media should use media fusion technology to publicize the health policy extensively. The medical staff and institutions should carry out the patient＇s expectation management to promote the formation of the doctor-patient trust.
