摘　　要：随着我国农村老龄化问题不断加重,农村老年人对医疗护理的需求与日俱增,传统养儿防老的家庭养老模式已不再适合我国农村的养老现状,医养结合已成为农村养老模式的必然选择。但发展农村医养结合养老模式亟待解决农村养老观念落后、经济负担重、养老机构少、服务模式单一、人力资源稀缺等问题。本文从转变养老观念、完善医疗保险机制、拓宽融资渠道、创新养老模式、加强医养结合服务人才培养等方面,探索解决问题的途径。With the increasing aging problem in rural areas, the demand lot heahh care in rural areas is increasing. The functions of the ＂ traditional lamily pension mode＂ are weakening and no longer adapt to the present situation of Chinese rural pension. Taking the road of ＂integration of medical care and pension ＂ has become an inevitable choice lot the rural old-age care model. At present, there are the lollowing problems that restrict the development of the model in China＇s rural areas ： the concept of pension in rural areas is backward, the economic burden is heavy, the pension institutions are few, the old-age service mode is single, and human resources are scarce. The ways of solving the problems are explored from the aspects of changing the concept of the old age, improving the medical insurance mechanism, expanding the linancing channels, innovating the old-age mode and strengthening the construction of the talent team.
