摘 要:目的测定15份木姜叶柯样品中根皮苷与三叶苷的含量并比较其差异。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Gemini C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长为280 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(0.1%的磷酸),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min。结果根皮苷进样量在0.250~5.000μg范围内与峰面积相关性较好,回归方程为C=0.000 603 A-0.021,r=0.999 8(n=7);三叶苷进样量在0.575~5.750μg范围内与峰面积相关性较好,回归方程为C=0.000 470 A-0.041,r=0.999 6(n=7)。15份木姜叶柯样品中根皮苷含量为0.62%~9.04%,三叶苷含量为0.30%~22.79%。结论该方法简便,结果准确可靠,可用于测定木姜叶柯中根皮苷与三叶苷含量。Objective To determine the content of phlorizin and trilobatin in 15 samples of Lithocarpus litseifolius,and to compare their dift)rences. Methods HPLC method was adopted,the chromatographic column was Phenomenex Gemini C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm),the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(0. 1% phosphoric acid),gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The concentration of phlorizin in the range of 0. 250- 5. 000 μg showed a good correlation,and the regression equation was C= 0. 000 603A-0. 021, r =0. 999 8( n =7). The concentration of trilobatin in the range of 0. 575-5. 750 μg showed a good correlation, and the regression equation was C = 0. 000 470A- 0. 041, r = 0. 999 6( n = 7). The content of phlorizin in 15 samples was in the range of 0. 62% -9.04% ,and trilobatin was in the range of 0. 30% -22. 79%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the content determination of phlorizin and trilobatin in Lithocarpus litseifolius.
