抗幽门螺杆菌三联疗法辅助治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨抗幽门螺杆菌(HP)三联疗法辅助治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效及对患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取医院2015年至2016年收治的HP阳性类风湿关节炎患者88例,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上给予辅助抗HP三联疗法,均治疗7 d。结果观察组总有效率为93.18%,明显高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)水平均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组患者下降更明显(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相当(18.18%比15.91%,P>0.05)。结论抗HP三联疗法辅助治疗HP阳性类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著,可有效降低患者血清炎性因子水平,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anti- Helicobacter pylori（HP） triple therapy in the adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and its effect on the levels of serum inflammatory factors. Methods Totally 88 patients with rheumatoid arthritis （positive HP） admitted to our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,44 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given anti-HP triple therapy. The two groups were treated for 7 d. Results The total eft）ctive rate of the observation group was 93.18% ,which was significantly higher than 77.27% of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. After treatment,the levels of interleukin（IL） - 1,IL - 6,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）, C reactive protein（CRP） and rheumatoid factor（RF） in the two groups were significantly decreased than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant（P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant dift）rence in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（18. 18% vs. 15.91%, P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The anti- HP triple therapy is eft）ctive in the adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,it can eft）ctively reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factor and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
