摘　　要：目的探讨医院药房管理中应用高危药品分级警示标识的效果。方法医院自2015年6月起对药房高危药品实施分级警示标识管理,管理实施前后药房全体药师共50人,管理实施至2017年6月,对管理实施前后高危药品管理效果进行对比。结果高危药品分级警示标识实施后,药剂科工作人员对药物管理规定、药物知识、药品分级知识及给药技术等的掌握度优于实施前,医院药房高危药品调配药物差错率、高危药品标识错误率及处方不合格率均低于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院药房管理应用高危药品分级警示标识有利于提升药房工作人员对药物相关知识的掌握度,提升药师给药技术水平,药品调配出错、高危药品标识出错及处方不合格等情况显著减少,临床应用价值高。Objective To investigate the effect of high- risk drugs classification warning signs in hospital pharmacy management. Methods The classification warning signs were carried out for high-risk drugs in our hospital in June 2015,and there were 50 pharmacists in the pharmacy before and after the implementation of management. The management was implemented until June 2017,and the effect on high-risk drugs management before and after the implementation were compared. Results After the implementation of high- risk drugs classification warning signs,the mastery degrees of pharmacy staff towards drug management regulations,drug knowledge,drug classification knowledge and drug delivery technology were better than those before the implementation,the drug deployment error rate,the identification error rate of high- risk drugs,and the unqualified rate of prescriptions in our hospital pharmacy were lower than those before the implementation,the diffrences were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion High- risk drugs classification warning signs in hospital pharmacy management can help to enhance the drug- related knowledge mastery of pharmacy staff and the drug delivery technology of pharmacists,and significantly reduce the drug deployment error, high-risk drugs identification error and unqualified prescriptions,and it has high clinical application value.
