摘  要:为了探索高效、环境友好的防治根结线虫病的方法,研究了芽孢杆菌AMCC100153对番茄根结线虫病防治效果和番茄生长的影响。试验结果表明,第120天生物菌剂芽孢杆菌AMCC100153处理的虫口密度分别比空白对照和阿维菌素处理低86.34%和46.17%,且其能够促进番茄植株茁壮生长,进而提高产量,尤其是后期产量。因此,芽孢杆菌AMCC 100153具有较好的应用和推广潜力。In order to explore an efficient and environmentally friendly method to control root-knot nematodes, the effects of Bacillus spp. AMCC 100153 on controlling root-knot nematodes and tomato growth were studied. The results showed that, after being transplanted 120 d, the population density of Bacillus spp. AMCC100153 treatment was 86.34% and46.17% lower than those of CK treatment and avermectin treatment, respectively. The Bacillus spp. AMCC 100153 treatment could also promote the growth of tomato plant and increase the yield of tomato, especially the yield in its late growth stage. Therefore, Bacillus spp. AMCC 100153 had good potentiality for application and promotion.
