摘 要:目的探讨宫颈癌组织中FR-α蛋白及Ki-67表达关系及其临床意义。方法收集50例患者,其中因子宫肌瘤行子宫全切术的患者17例,因癌前病变行手术治疗的患者18例,因宫颈癌行手术治疗的患者15例(4例宫颈癌Ⅱ期、3例宫颈癌Ⅲ期、8例宫颈癌Ⅰ期)。采用免疫组织化学PV法检测FR-α和Ki-67蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织、宫颈癌组织以及正常宫颈组织中表达。结果 FR-α蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌组织的表达阳性,比较率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在正常宫颈癌组织和宫颈上皮内瘤变组织的表达阳性,比较率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FR-α在3种组织中的表达阳性率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki-67蛋白在3种组织中的表达阳性率对比,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在宫颈癌病变组织和宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中的表达阳性率相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05),在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和正常宫颈组织中的表达阳性率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。FR-α和Ki-67蛋白在3种不同临床分期中的表达阳性率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫颈癌发病与FR-α蛋白在各种组织中的表达升高有关;HPV感染和FR-α蛋白表达有协同作用;肿瘤发生加快与Ki-67蛋白在宫颈组织中的高表达有关;Ki-67蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌组织中的表达与FR-α有相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of FR-α protein and Ki-67 in cervical cancer and its clinical significance. Methods 50 patients were collected,of whom 17 underwent hysterectomy due to uterine fibroids,18 underwent surgical treatment due to precancerous lesions,15 underwent surgical treatment of cervical cancer( 4 cervical cancer,3 cases of cervical cancer stage Ⅲ,8 cases of cervical cancer stage Ⅰ). Immunohistochemistry PV method was used to detect the expression of FR-α and Ki-67 protein in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,cervical cancer and normal cervical tissue.Results The positive rate of FR-αprotein in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer tissues had no significant difference( P〈0. 05),the positive rate in normal cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,The difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). There was significant difference in the positive rate of FR-α among the 3 tissues( P〉0. 05). The positive rate of Ki-67 protein expression in 3 kinds of tissues was statistically significant( P〈0. 05),but not significantly different between cervical lesions and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia P〉0. 05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates between cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and normal cervical tissue( P〉0. 05). The positive rates of FR-α and Ki-67 in 3 different clinical stages were not statistically different( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The incidence of cervical cancer is related to the increased expression of FR-α protein in various tissues. The HPV infection has a synergistic effect with the expression of FR-α protein. The accelerated tumorigenesis is related to the high expression of Ki-67 protein in cervical tissues. Ki-67 protein in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer tissue expression and FR-α is related.
