摘　　要：为提升教师教学能力,改善教学效果,山东理工大学选派骨干教师到国内著名高校进修学习。希望通过进修学习优秀院校的课程建设指导思想、教学思路、教学内容、教学方法和手段、实验室建设等内容,同时了解进修学校相关学科科学研究和教学研究情况。In order to improve teachers＇ teaching ability and teaching effect,key teachers in Shandong University of Technology have been selected to further study in famous universities in China. The university hopes that teachers can study by excellent guiding ideology of course construction,teaching idea,teaching contents,teaching methods,the laboratory construction,while at the same time being knowledgeable about the science research and teaching research of related subjects.
