摘 要:介绍了高强度制绳钢丝生产工艺,以直径2.50 mm、抗拉强度2 060 MPa光面钢丝为例,从原料选择,热处理工艺控制,拉拔模具孔型参数的精确选择、拉拔速度的控制、出口模具温度的控制等方面采取措施。选择87Mn原材料,要求热处理后索氏体化率大于90%,晶粒度大于10级,索氏体片层间距为60~150 nm,拉拔时模具参数Delta值控制在1.5~2.5,控制道次压缩率以及拉拔速度,使得各道次模具出口处温度不高于180℃,以控制应变时效。总压缩率为90.2%时制绳钢丝的抗拉强度2 135~2 160 MPa,断面收缩率49.0%~51.5%,扭转27~32次,反复弯曲17~20次,成品各项性能指标符合工艺要求。To introduce the production process of high strength steel wire for rope. Take a smooth steel wire with diameter of2. 50 mm and tensile strength of 2 060 MPa as an example. Measures are taken from the selection of raw material,the control of heat treatment process,the accurate selection of the pass parameters of drawing mould,the control of drawing speed,and the control of the temperature of exit mould. The selection of 87 Mn raw material requires that the sorbite ’s volume rate is greater than 90%,the grain size is greater than 10,the spacing of the sorbite is 60 ~ 150 nm,the parameter Delta of the mould is controlled 1. 5 ~ 2. 5 when drawing,and the pass compression rate and drawing speed are controlled. The temperature of outlet of each mould should not be higher than 180 ℃ to control the strain aging. When the total compression rate is 90. 2%,the tensile strength of rope steel wire is 2 135 ~ 2 160 MPa,the reduction of area is 49. 0% ~ 51. 5%,the torsion is 27 ~ 32 times,and the alternating bending is 17 ~ 20 times. The performance indexes of the finished product meet the technical requirements.
