摘　　要：介绍预应力钢绞线发展状况,针对市场需求,研制出大规格预应力钢绞线捻股机,该机组由7轴弓形板式跳绳机、12轴管绞机、四驱动张力轮组、中频加热炉、冷却水槽、双收放线轮和双层绕机组成,可生产最大规格28.6mm的产品,张力达到500kN,生产线速度为145 m/min。新设计优化捻股机预变形器辊轮尺寸、中频炉冷却和吹干装置以及捻股机空心轴结构,并对整个设备进行智能化控制,加强安全防护,确保设备稳定运行。The development of prestressed steel strand is introduced. In view of market demand,a large specification prestressed steel strand stranding machine has been developed. The unit has 7 axis bow type rope skipping machine,12 shaft pipe winch,four drive tension wheel group,medium frequency heating furnace,cooling water trough,double collecting and discharging pulley and double layer winder. It can produce the maximum diameter 28. 6 mm product,the tension reaches500kN,and the production line speed is 145 m/min. The new design optimizes the size of the pre-deformation apparatus roller of the strander,the cooling and blow drying device of the medium frequency furnace and the hollow shaft structure of the stranding machine,and carries out intelligent control to the whole equipment,strengthens the safety protection,and ensures the stable operation of the equipment.
