摘  要:不同规格不同化学成分的试样,腐蚀方法不同、腐蚀时间不同、成像程度不同,对金相组织观察会产生不同的影响,使索氏体化率定量评定产生误差。选用0.90~2.00 mm的热处理磷化钢丝和6.50~14.00 mm的线材进行试验,采用表面浸入法对试样表面进行腐蚀。对热处理磷化钢丝不同直径和不同材质的金相组织进行观察,确定最佳腐蚀时间。针对金相组织观察时同一个场景中的不同目标有距离差,运用景深叠加技术使金相组织成像清晰,使评定结果更准确。The samples of different specifications and different chemical composition,different corrosion method,different corrosion time,different imaging level,have an influence on microstructure observation,make error on sorbite rate quantitative assessment. Diameter 0. 90 ~ 2. 00 mm heat treatment phosphating steel wire and diameter 6. 50 ~ 14. 00 mm wire rod were chosen to conduct experiment,sample surface was corroded by adopting surface immersion method. The microstructure of different diameter and different steel grade heat treatment phosphating steel wire was observed,the optimum corrosive time was determined. Aiming at the different goal has range difference in same field in microstructure observation,Use the depth of field superposition technology to make the microstructure imaging clear,to make the evaluation result more accurate.
