高校院系图书资料室服务能力设计构想

摘　　要：高校院系图书资料室是高校图书文献体系的重要组成部分,它与校图书馆具有相近的功能,即为师生的教学、科研、学习提供信息支持和场地服务,但二者在服务范围、服务内容、服务方式等方面有所区别。根据院系图书资料室的发展现状,针对院系图书资料室在发展过程中所遇到的问题,提出院系图书资料室在拓展服务能力上实行的措施,加强院系图书资料室的自身建设,突出院系图书资料室的学科专业资源特色,加强与学校图书馆、地方经济建设、文化建设的联系,提升院系图书资料室的自身服务能力。The professional faculty library is an important part of the university library system,and it has the similar function with the school library,namely providing the information support and the service for teachers,and students＇ teaching,research and study. However,there are differences in their service scope,service object,service profession. This paper aims at the problems encountered by faculty library in the service of teachers and students,puts forward the management system reform,and straightens out its relationship with the university library to highlight its specialty,innovate the mode of operation,strengthen the construction,and improve the serving capability.
