摘　　要：目的调研北京市H区部分二级以上医院恶性肿瘤化学药物治疗质量,探讨各级医院在肿瘤化学药物治疗方面的规范化程度及存在的问题,为肿瘤的规范化治疗提供科学依据。方法采用现场督导的形式,抽取H区11家医院共计110份首次肿瘤化疗的出院病历。结果调研发现的突出问题:肿瘤分期不全、未分期或分期错误;肿瘤化疗疗效评价不够全面;肿瘤化疗药物剂量的确定缺乏依据。结论通过设置肿瘤化疗技术准入机制,推广肿瘤治疗指南、肿瘤治疗临床路径,建立多部门联合管理模式,构建肿瘤化疗安全与质量管理体系。Objective To investigate the quality of chemotherapy for malignant tumors in some secondary and higher hospitals in Beijing, to explore the standardization and existing problems during chemotherapy at all levels of hospitals, and to provide scientific basis for the standardized treatment of tumors. Methods A total of 110 cases who received chemotherapy for their first time were chosen from 11 hospitals in a district by the way of field supervision. Results The prominent problems found in the investigation were： incomplete tumor staging, missing staging or staging errors, and inadequate evaluation of tumor chemotherapy; and unreasonable dosage of tumor chemotherapeutic drugs. Conclusion Through the establishment of tumor chemotherapy technology admittance mechanism, the promotion of tumor therapy guidelines and the promotion of clinical pathway of cancer treatment, we can establish a multi-sectoral joint management model, construct a management system of tumor chemotherapy safety and quality.
