弱父爱主义下的P2P网络借贷投资限额制度构想

摘　　要：P2P网络借贷作为新兴的互联网金融模式,其风险超乎传统金融。互联网普惠金融体系扩大了投资者群体,众多缺乏经验的投资者在"有限理性"的制约下往往漠视风险、贸然投资,极易导致经济利益损失,引发社会问题。因此国家应适当干预投资自由,通过设定投资限额制度来保护投资者。弱父爱主义理论与P2P网络借贷投资限额制度具有内在的契合性,应当将该理论作为投资限额制度的理论基础和指导方针,构建出"三层基准、层内微调"的投资限额分级制度,充分结合个体实际情况,最小限度地干预投资自由,实现对投资者的保护。P2P network lending as a new Internet financial model,has more risk beyond traditional finance. The Internet inclusive financial system is intended to expand the group of investors, many inexperienced investors with ＂limited rationality＂often ignore the risk,which can easily lead to the loss of economic benefits,resulting in social problems. Therefore,the government should appropriately intervene in the freedom of investment and protect investors by setting an investment quota system. Weak paternalism theory and P2P network lending quota system has internal relations,it should be the investment quota system theory serving as the theoretical basis and guiding principle,constructing the investment quota classification system of ＂ Three layer datum,fine tune in each layer ＂,fully combined with the actual situation of the individual,minimum intervention free investment,and protecting the investors.
